  1. I have forgotten whether I installed the eu zip or the eu altenative zip from a few months ago, is there a way that I can find out what one it is, so that I can downlaod this latest update? thanks
  2. Thanks for the reply Ovalball I actually googled it and deleted all my maps bar Uk and all my POIs except UK andit worked. Now when I go into my map I cannot get back to the navigation screen, nor do I get the intitial screen with destination-contacts-audio on
  3. Sorry ignore the above post, I had not saved the bat file. Now I can start ezrider and get the pioneer screen, but it either hangs at GEODBINITDBFILES or it say that windows has encountered a problem and closes
  4. I have downloaded jr's file and edited the bat file to my flash disk location on my pc. I get into test mode and can navigate around the no problem, but when I try to boot using ezrider, I get an error "boot configuration signature invalid" I am using 3.01 update with Tomolas mod Does anyone know where I am going wrong? Thanks
  5. Can I bump this? VBlue, wasn't sure if one of your posts on page 14 was aimed at me, or another user having problems
  6. I am not sure where I am going wrong. I have downloaded the UK POI's from the link above. Do I need to rename the folder ui-igo8 to ui_pioneer? I have put the zipped file with ui_igo-8 and branding onto a sd card and booted into test mode, then copied across to APL/IGO file and the zipped file has loaded on, but I have no icons!! I think I have new catergories like Tesco's and MacDonalds, but it is still the old icons p.s I am using igo8.3 maps Thanks
  7. I think you need version 2.3
  8. So I guess then, that if my redlight is showing with speed, then there is not much I can do. I have downloaded the speed cam mod, would that do the different icons? Thanks once again for your help
  9. I assume they are prepared as text files for iGO import. If they are, you need to make sure that camera type value (third number in every line) is set properly. I.e., mobile cameras are 5, static ones (Gatso?) are 1, red light are 3 (if red light only) or 2 (red light and speed) etc. Ok Boris had a look at the files. Yes they are conveted to text. My redlight files are like this for example( -2.10271,53.42484,3,30,1,242) It says at the top of the page (X,Y,Type,Speed,DirType,Direction ) I presume that the 3 before the 30 is the type even though it says type twice with different numbers?
  10. Thanks BorisM I will take a look at that.
  11. Hi Boris, thanks for the reply The pocketgpsworld cams come in 5 different files. Mobile, Gatso, Redlight, Specs and one other, that at the moment (I am at work) I can't remember. Is that what you mean? If I have to edit them, how do i do this?
  12. I am using 8.3 2009.06 maps.(UK) I have cameras loaded on via testmode. They are pocketgpsworld files. When I approach redlight cameras, they show up on my map as a speed camera and gives a speed. Is the AVIC able to catergorise different types of cameras? Thanks
