  1. Hello, I made a few mistakes and I have no maps on my avic f500bt. I get stuck at the splash screen once powered on, can only get out of the splash screen if I click menue or map and get no AV functions. If I click map, it will not load past the warning screen. Map version says "No maps". After some research I saw a few others with this problem, it seemed they replaced their "apl2" folder or at least the "igo" folder. My question: Does anyone have the "igo" folder available for download? I don't have a copy, and need to get the maps for my unit. Or have an alternative place they

  7. Hello, I hardwired my avic-f500bt and everything on the unit works great.. However I cannot seem to get sound to my car speakers. I have a scion t1809 head unit with 3 sets of mono (Red/White R/L rca style jacks) on the back, one of which is hooked up to my amp for a sub. I put a double female coupling on the aux stereo jack from the hardwire kit of the f500bt and then used a stereo jack to mono/rca cable adapter which plugs into my deck. Im starting to asume I have no idea what im doing and I must be doing it wrong. Any ideas? My deck does not have a single stereo style audio jack,
