Well... I think I found it from this post. It is in the 2nd RAR file.

I accidentally deleted my basemap.fbl while updating to 2010.6 USA. Can anyone please post it as I am going out of town and really need this (that is why I was updating to the latest maps). I really thought I had a complete backup, but I can't find it for the life of me. Please help out a stranded soul. Thanks.
