I deleted the contents of "My Flash Disk" and restored with the 3.01 update from this forum and it does seem to have fixed the issue. I can play files of the SD card and the screen does not freeze up.

Now that i think about it, it seems i started having this problem after updating to 3.0. With the SD card in the radio becomes unresposive, as soon as i take it out everything is fine. Guess I'll do the same and see if that works for me as well. Thanks.

Hannibal, I'm having the same issue with an 8G Sandisk SD card. Your saying that you formatted the SD card and re-copied all of the files back onto it and that fixed your issue?
