I agree as far as the camera is concerned, I have on on order with night vision. I like that location up to a point. I have a trailer hitch and guess what happens when you miss and the trailer tongue hits the bumper?

jimmy303 What vehicle did you use it in? Of what I found out, this unit will not work in a 07 Wrangler. Thats what you get, buying a new to the market vehicle.

Where on a Chrysler vehicle do you connect the VSS wire? Is there a standard color code? Common place?

You are probably right, it is just that in summer I will take that roof off and put on a rag top or no roof at all. You can see my point. I have seen a small round camera drilled into the bumper of a Jeep, just got to find one that is short and good.

I just got all the equipment shipped that you have on your list minus the sat and camera. As for the camera, just don't go to NYC, it just screams "Come and get me" I am still locking for a smaller camera, one that is not as obvious.

I ordered my Z1 from Abe of Main (yes I know all about it), they have a good price, got the mandatory conformation call where they want to sell you accessories. He then started on a extended warranty for three years for $199.00, which I refused. Then he went to 145.00 and down to $99.00 which I bought including "faster" delivery. Like I said, I ordered 2 days ago and today it is with UPS out for delivery.

That camera looks great, but where in the world would one mount/hide a camera that size? I just got a Jeep Unlimited X , the Z1, iPod and BT are en route and I am still looking for a camera, but I think that one is to large.

Sorry, I have not been around. Yes, 2007 and in the meantime I did find all the info I need on a Wrangler Board. Yes, it fits quite well and Metra makes a mount/face plate that makes this a perfect fit.
