2005 nissan altima

I held it down for about a minute...several times. As far as obstructions, there isnt anything i can see. I guess i will take it back to the installer...dang.

I have tried....it kind of goes, but then stops and returns to its normal position...

I can switch my source to off, but how can I power the whole unit off? I do not want my amps constantly running, if i do not feel like using the unit...

I got the unit installed last week and everything is fine. However, I can not get my face plate to open up wider than my first CD drive...any thoughts? My DVD drive is not accessable what so ever...luckily the guy who installed in put my nav disc in...
