I am having this same problem. The photo section is blank with NO photo. Can't use any of the photos taken with my iPhone 4. Wonder if anyone at Pioneer test the app before releasing it?? This is a half baked app.

Hello... I got the password yesterday and installed the software smoothly without any issue. It did took like 30 min or so to complete the entire task. Now my F90BT is finally working the way I had always wished it did four months ago... Every command touch is responsive and quick. Ipod and HD-Radio operate much better, without the lags. Bootup time is shorter, and rearview camera comes up quicker too right after engine starts. And the new map graphics is beautiful..... Bluetooth works perfectly with my Iphone, no issue. Hi, I got this error too when trying to get the password this morning. The Pioneer website returns "Error Code 1. Input Device Number is not correct" . There is no explaination of the error code. I am entered exactly the device code my F90BT unit is reporting with all letters in CAPS.
