So basically I put a few videos in a flash drive and when I play them I eaither see the video with no sound or no video with sound. Anybody know what the problem is? I have the f700bt

So basically I want to change the pioneer logo that shows up when the navigation is turned on. I want tge make of my car to show up when it starts. If it helps I have a Volkswagen. I know it's possible cuz I've seen it done so please help -thanks
