I just checked the European Pioneer website and this unit does have a full RDS tuner in it. Why not the one in Canada/USA. What a piss off to say the least. I wonder if it is an option or they are thinking of including it in future years or something. Maybe a firmware upgrade. Man, I really want that I guess. It is one of the reasons I bought my Kenwood regretably so.

Another quick question. Is there a way to get the full ipod album art to display without having to touch the picture on each song? A setting perhaps?

Weird, now this one looks like it has full RDS capabilities... I wonder if it is only the UK version that has this feature? Anyone know if a UK version is workable in North America? Just a thought. Excellent pictures BTW, any chance you do a video or 2 like what VBlue did? Your camera has excellent quality here. I don't know what you mean by your picture quality is not the best here...

Thanks for the feedback guys. I was leery that it might come down to that actually. I don't think I would be happy with that either actually. Sigh, why can't Pioneer make a top end dvd nav system with 5.1 built in?... Or even one that has audio control like the 880PRS for that matter?

Ok, here is the situation I believe. I have a 2010 Camry with a similar setup (not as good tho as I didn't have a sub). I connected a Kenwood 814 dvd unit and it sounded like butt! I was also running an aftermarket amp however. I think if you are planning on using the factory amp to power everything still you will need a special harness. I know the Camry has a similar JBL system option and there is a special harness made to give the factory amp a signal and keep using it. Be careful as there are at least two different wire harnesses. whobedaplaya, I couldn't describe my 814 any better a day earlier. You see yesterday I discovered and fixed a problem I had thought was there from the day I had my speakers installed. You see in my car the factory setup had a 6x9in the doors but also a 3 inch speaker in the dash that is tied into the same system run off a factory amplifier. The installers I had put the 814 in told me that it didn't have an amplifier. When they put the aftermarket amp in they wired the speakers through the harness behind the deck like older cars do. Anyone know if 1. This 5.1 surround processor is still being sold by Pioneer? and 2. can it be used with the Z110BT? I am thinking it can be used with the AXM-P8000 control unit for this device. It would be an expensive venture or at least it appears so. I am just curious if anyone has done this or knows for sure if it will work. I was also wondering if anyone has used an HDRadio tuner with the Z110BT. I'm wondering if you can get the RDS functions that way? ie. song name and artist mainly. In Canada we do not have HD radio stations so I would only be getting it to get the RDS features for our

This is a pretty good price actually. I almost fell off my seat when I found out that they will ship this thing into Canada. At least it appears that way. Good to know if I do decide to move up to this unit from my current Kenwood DDX814.

I watch and read alot here tho. I agree on the OEM nav - those things are ridiculously overpriced. My dealer quoted my like $3k just for the unit and more to install. Crazy. Good luck man.

You have me intrigued... I have been waiting patiently to see this Z110BT in action for a couple weeks now. My installer said he has one and is waiting for a part so he can install it in his board. It will be right next to the Kenwood 9140 so I will be able to compare directly the two. From what I have seen and think I will be wanting one of these things big time and soon. I currently have a Kenwood DDX814 which is brand new basically so I am going to be in your shoes there too. grr. Wish this damned thing had come out about 1-2 months earlier. It would be in my dash right now. Anyway, keep m
