Ok, here's the full scoop. I have an F700BT which I recently updated with the legal 3.0 firmware and maps. Everything works great, the system is much more responsive, and I'm overall happy with the unit now (even after PAYING for the damn firmware). Of course, it's always something. The 3D view of the map no longer displays the road labels. I've look online, here at the forum, and I don't see any productive comments on this issue. Actually, the same thing is happening here. I have a legit install of the 3.0 software and I'm seeing the same thing: missing road labels in 3D view.

I just read my original post and I should clarify that the unit DOES produce sound in all speakers EXCEPT for the subwoofer. In other words, everything works fine except for the sub. I'll try giving pioneer a call tomorrow when they're open again. Thanks

I've had a subwoofer hooked up to this deck since I first installed it months ago. Everything worked fine until last night while I was driving home. The sub began to cut out, then come back on, then cut out again, then come back on again. This happened for about five minutes straight until it finally cut out completely. I spent a couple hours troubleshooting things last night.
