I have multiple times, The screen lets me press one button, but then I can't do anything after that

Hey guys, I know you experienced guys probably see this all the time; newbies asking for help, but to be honest i looked around the boards and found similar problems but couldnt find a definite solution. Basically I've been using my F900BT for about a month and it was working ok, besides being kind of laggy and all of a sudden this morning it started acting up big time. The start up screen loads and the message "system starting, please wait" comes and goes, but once thats done I can only hit the touch screen once on the Top Menu then the screen doesn't let me do anything.
