thanks for the reply, works perfect now! another thing i would recommend is the make sure your navi ant. is on somewhere where it can get good reception. i had mine in my glove compartment and it wasnt getting any signal. i put it on the dash and 2 mins later, it found where i was. i <3 my D3

*Already tried the search function, but no real answers yet* Okay, so I installed the D3 last night and as soon as I turned it on, I noticed that the Navigation was telling me I was in New York (I'm in Northern Virginia)? So I'm a little confused now, I thought the GPS was supposed to already know exactly where you are as soon as you turn the system on? My friend was telling me that I have to set my current location (home)? Now my question is, is he correct? Do I really have to set the home for this to work? Why doesnt the GPS already know where I am? I already tried resetting
