x910bt not showing street names ?

It shows them in 2d but not 3 d is this normal? -
My 910bt does not show the street names on the map. I have went into the settings and activated it but still nothing. It tells me at the bottom left what street i am driving on but on the map page no names. Has anyone else experianced this? any ideas?
