NO VSS at the back of the factory radio. Try to use the unit without it, you will be suprised at how accurate the navigation is without it. Chris -

The newer navigation units are accurate and fast enough to not need to hook up the VSS wire. I have been installing professionally for over 10 years. Never had an issue with the newer nav units and needing a vss.
