Tonka Toy

I was able to use the above suggestion successfully but now the video and audio are not syncing correctly. Meaning, when someone's mouth moves, it takes 1 to 2 seconds for the audio to play. Any ideas? This is with an Ipod Touch 2nd Generation with version 3.1.2 installed.
