Does anyone know where i can find 700bt the backup files???

Ive had a AVIC F7010BT for almost a year and was working fine until this morning, when I turn it on the screen goes black and some weird font letters appear on the top of the screen. I was able to heard sound and when i press the map/menu buttons i hear the bell tone it plays when i press on them. i reseted it a couple of times and didnt fix the problem. i also tried to upgrade and still have the same problem. I hope someone could help me out here.
