The navigation voice commands and key tones will only work when I am listening to either the USB drive or SD card. When listening to the radio or a CD I have no voice commands or key tones. Has anybody run into this problem before? Anybody have any trouble shooting suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I am having the same issue. My nav voice commands and key tones only work when I am using a USB device or SD card on my AVIC-F700bt. How can I tell if I only have the rear channel hooked up? Any tips and/or recommendations would greatly appreciated. Thanks.
