Does anyone know why only the FM and AM portion of a Z2 (upgraded to Z3) won't output any sound for FM and AM. DVD, CD, XM, NAV, IPOD, all output sound ok. But on the ratio, there's no sound at all, no static, nothing. I can tune in stations, etc. and see a "stereo" indication. I checked all obvious settings, reset, and don't see anything that would cause this. We connected a separate antenna, still nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.
