Hi Guys, I just had my Avic N1 flex cable repaired and the bypass installed along with the software upgrade and now when I insert a disc into my unit, the song info doesn't come up. Some people say that the song info isn't decoded/coded/encoded/? on the disc, but when I had the old software installed, it worked then. Is there a setting that I'm missing or something simple like that? Also, is there any way to train the voice control because it doesn't matter what I say into the mic, it always replies with "back"? Thanks A bunch in advance for any help that you could give me!

That's odd because they told me to send it all in and I wasn't going through all of that, so I just sent it to Rich. He walked me through everything that he was going to do/look at and when I get my unit back, it should be like new or maybe even better.

Glad that it worked out for you! I've decided on mine, that I'd rather pay to get it done from Rich (the Ebay guy) and get a couple of other goodies added to it also (bypass mod with upgraded software). I've heard some good and bad about the Pioneer repair. Did you have to send in the brain too?

Hi Guys, I saved some music videos of of youtube and want to burn them onto a disc to watch them in my car. Could you Please tell me which format should I burn them in? What format do regular DVD movies come in? Thanks in advance for the help!
