Bump I'd like to know as well. How do I reset the Passkey?

I got it 5 months ago. At the time 1800 with no tax was a good deal. Even now I hardly see them selling for less than that. So why would the harddrive just go out all of a sudden? I read some people sayin it is a heat issue? I have a G35 i'm thinking it has something to do with not getting enough ventillation in the back? I used to have the unit in my other car which was an Altima and never had a problem in there.

The problem with doing this is that I paid for instillation already. I would have to remove the unit ship it out, wait for repair. Then have to pay to have it installed again? . This is ridiculous. For 1800 dollars this thing should be flawless!

It gradually started freezing. I would just turn off the car and turn it back on and it would work. Now its permanatly frozen at the Pioneer start up screen. I get sound but cannot see anything other than that screen and the buttons do not work.
