Thanks for the tip just one more questions do i have to format the drive or can i just upgrade it to the 2010 maps and z3 software. with out the need of formatting the 2009 maps and software off the HD?

iam ready to upgrade my z1 with the 2010 maps and software, i all ready upgraded it to the z3 maps and software last year. my question is do i have to unlock my upgraded HD or do i just use acronis to upgrade the new 2010 software and maps, again my HD is upgraded and it has already been unlocked and has the 2009 maps and z3 upgrade software. can i just use acronis ??????????????

Hi having problems with the speed sensor on my avic z1 it's reading 0mph i didn't do the install on my avic z1 some shop did it. and i think they didn't hook it up right i have a clk320 98 any help is appreciated thank you

thanks one question not having the +12 can it affected the gps in any way like learning routs or anything else.

Hi everyone i had a z1 install on a clk320 and the shop that installed it located the gps antenna on my dash board. i noticed that when i turn on my z1 it takes a while in calibrating itself and also displaying the street or ave i am on. also i have noticed that my z1 doesn't keep anything on memory like if i set the loud button on or play with any other setting as soon as i turn my radio off it goes back to factory . any suggestions. is it ok for the gps antenna to be on my dash board?

can i use the pioneer software to help with the heat lock up problem even if i just upgraded my z1 to z3 software would it affect the z3 upgrade?

Hi i just got done with upgrading my z1 to z3 with a new hd 60gig. i have noticed that the gps is frozen and the arrow won't move. After a while may be 10 min or more the arrow starts to move but it will not display on what street or highway or ave iam on. Then 5 to 10 min later it will display the street , highway , or ave iam on. also i need to know if i could set the 5.1 channel for dvd since this button is grayed out is it suppose to be like this? and will the movies automatically play in 5.1. also i have noticed that on the 3d calibration the speed is always 0 the other like distance and

Hi hope someone can help trying to upgrade new 60gig hd to the z3 software did security unlock and while using acronis i choosing all the partitions to be restored but when it gets ready to finalize i get a error that says rpc not available does anyone know if i can get a older version of acronis iam using 2010 or could it be that my hd is damage or corrupt thank you
