Listning to radio or iPod without nav/map on: When the phone rings, the unit turns to map mode, is that normal?

Refering to English user manuel page 18 http://pioneer.ipapercms.dk/Manuals/AVI ... 89_manual/ During navigation I sometimes expierence that (3) "Name of the street to be used for next guidance point" disappears in the upper blue field, and (14) "Street name (or city name) that your vehicle is travelling along" shows something wrong. If i press the 'MAP' button, everything becomes normal again. I have mistaked the antenna (placement), but apparantly the gudiance voice gives the right commands correctly, so the reception is obviously sufficient - so could it be a soft ware fault?

Well, I could rephrase the post: have a Sony Ericsson C702 (not a C702c) which does not work properly with my F9110BT. My Nokia 6300 works fine. I want (pocket-)GPS om my phone, so there is 3 options: 1: To get the SE 702 to work with F9110BT bluetooth (guess it's not possible). 2: To get GPS on the Nokia 6300 isn't possible, but is it possible to get Google Maps? (I have tried but not succeeded). 3: By a new phone with GPS that works with F9110BT. I do not want an iPhone, Blacberry or another smartphone - just a plane inexpensive 3G phone with GPS (preferable Nokia) - Which

Is i really true: The lates availble Bluetooth compatibility list for F-series is from November 7th 2008? A lot of new phones have hit the markets the last 17 months ...

When I got my F9110BT, I was told to buy the map updates at my dealers shop. The price here in DK should be approx Danish kr 1200 > € 160 > $ 240 The maps come on SD card.

OK, but 3.xxx firmware is for F910BT/F9110BT, and 2.xxx are for F900BT - correct me if I'm wrong ..

Press the Menu button Go to "Sources" screen and press the "Off" icon , then AV-Settings, then you can acces the icons in AV-setting. After setting the preferences press the Menu button and select the source. That works on mine ... I have to add: I'm from Denmark and have an AVIC-F9110BT European version.
