They said if I bring the car back they will pull the unit out and get the SID for me... I was just hoping to avoid that hassle. If I replace the N1 brain with a N3 brain from eBay, will that improve the functionality?

They are the largest AVIC installers in Western Canada... I think that they made a mistake by tossing it. Anyways, is there any other way to get the SID so I can activate it? Also, if I get the N3 CDs will I get better functionality out of the Sirius module (SIRPNR2C)?

I know... But the guys who installed it threw all that stuff away without writing it down.

I just had the Sirius installed on my AVIC-N1 and I can't get it to change from channel 187 to 000 so I can activate it... Help?
