I can confirm that you need to go to the Euro website to get the password. Yeah...I also received my SD cards. Went through the process until I got on to the website and entered the device number and media number only to find that the device isn't registered......NOT HAPPY! Will call Pioneer tomorrow and advise if I make any progress... Has anyone actually got through the entire process and have a fully updated system???
