Hi all, did not know there was a 1st or 2nd generation. 1. what gen is the f700bt, had since 2009? 2. Do these undate include 2013 maps? 5.1 claims for products with map up dates , 4.6 claims for products without map up dates, I check both and did not find any map content. 3. Is this only for Europe? Im in the us. 4. any product key needed? forgive the ignorance but I'm sure we all would rather not screw up the headunit. Thanks Guys, Vic

I had same 'looping boot up" I sent it in and its on its way via mail. I was told there will be an upgrade firmware so i suspect its a software problem. try this: viewtopic.php?f=33&t=29565#p201254 hope this guy helps you out. good luck

This happened to me yesterday (f700bt) so i'll send it out to service center, did they install the updated firm ware (3.0)? I'm thinking its the software. how is the unit working out for you?
