Where can i get the parts i need for my used D2? I bought it and it is missing the bottom left knob, the cage, the pieces that connect to the cage and the antenna (which i found on ebay). Pioneer didnt have the button listed or any other needed parts. Not to mention i have no idea how to install the navigation part.
