Spiff, I was seeing the setup that you have and had a few questions. I am looking at getting the X710, and I also have a new iPod 160gb and the iPhone 3G... Do you have any issues with the iPod hook up (voice activated playing, videos, etc...) And do you have any issues with the bluetooth on your iPhone (voice activated calling, phone book transfer, etc...)? Thanks in advance for your response.

Why is it hard for Pioneer to say this? They basically said the 3G iPhone V2.2 wasn't supported by the F700BT, I'm guessing as an iPod. But I was just trying to make sure it would work as a phone through bluetooth. And they wouldn't touch the subject with the new iPod, they just kept referring me to the iPod compatibility sheet. Do you know if the new iPod 160GB (in Pioneer's definition) is referred to as a particular generation or as the classic iPod? Have you tested these components together or know someone that has?
