  1. 1. Touch the source icon and then touch "OFF" to turn the unit off. (The unit will be in demo mode) 2. Touch the screen to display the touch panel keys. 3. Touch AV Menu you should see "Inital Menu" and touch it. 4. Touch AUX 1 on the inital menu to select desired setting. 5. Touch it until Ipod is selected (make sure you have the CD-IU200V connected). 6. Touch ESC. Ipod video should work now. 7. See Page 50 in Operation Manual for more information.

  3. there's lots of guides online to do this yourself, but i bought a relay off ebay that worked great! do a search for pioneer avh bypass and it should show up. the one i bought cost $15.99 and was really easy to install.
  4. 1) run a single wire from the deck's ACC lead to your cigarette lighter 2) still working on that one myself... 3) the BTB200 comes with a harness that needs to be tapped into the same wiring as the deck harness. I believe there's a yellow and a ground.
  5. OK So, I did a lot more looking around and found that the iPhone cannot download the phonebook/call logs to the BTB200 because of a profile mis-match. The BTB200 uses the OPP to pull this information while the iPhone uses the PBAB profile to provide this feature. I urge anyone with this hardware to write a quick message to Apple requesting they add the OPP profile to a future firmware update. You can do this at this page: http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
  6. So, I have the AVH-P3100DVD with the CD-BTB200 for bluetooth. The handsfree and autoconnect are working great with my iPhone 3GS, but I can't get the phonebook to import. When I go to the screen to perform the import, I hit 'Start' and then my iPhone's bluetooth get's disconnected. Then the only way to re-connect it is to re-pair it. Weird. I read online (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647) that the iPhone supports the phonebook import bluetooth profile with the latest updates, so I don't know why it would be difficult. Any help if someone else has encountered this. I think t
  7. I have a similar setup, but with the 3100 which is similar, and I've noticed that whichever is the last to connect takes precedence. An example is that if I plug my iPhone into the deck right when it starts, it will begin playing. Then, about 15 seconds later after the BT autoconnects to the iPhone, the sound will cut out, but the ipod will continue playing. This is fixed by me simply disconnecting and re-connecting my phone via USB. I usually just wait about 20 seconds before connecting the usb. I would suggest you try that. Hope that helps.
