Would a cigarette lighter put out more power than another usb via computer? I bought a 160gb external 2.5" drive. (Made by NESO) Anyways I plugged it in to the head unit, then carried my laptop out and plugged the power in, into it. IT still didnt recongnize it. Any ideas?

anyone? I have a 64gb harddrive (in "exfat") and a 250gb external (in ntfs) I would like to get them into fat32 how do i do it?

I recently bought a 64gb flash drive for my f700 bt, unfortunately despite working on my computer great my hu wont read the usb at all. I then bought a 4gb run of the mill flash drive and it works great. I noticed my 64gb flashdrive is in the exfat format type where as the 4gb is in the fat32. are our units compatible with exfat? Also I bought a external harddrive laptop style that gets power from the usb. My unit also doesnt read that, and i think it may be a similar problem. Any advice would be great thanks

I just have a few questions feel free to answer any or all of them, Tia 1.) annoying chirping noise changing volume anyway to get rid of it? 2.) slow boot up time? 3.) my main and number one pet peeve: when you set it to random/shuffle it only shuffles if you let the Song finish If I just hit next or seek or whatever and try to skip a song it just goes to the next one sequentially.
