Fixed! After talking to Pioneer, I was able to get it to work by unplugging the power to the unit. Waited for a half-hour, replugged unit and voila--it worked. Because the screen and all the buttons were frozen, the normal way to reset was not possible. Thanks for the input.

Thanks, I'll check that out. I don't have the camera. Does that make a difference in wiring?

I have a Z110BT with the 120 upgrade and it has been working perfectly since in installed it two weeks ago. Yesterday, as it was playing music from my ipod, everything froze. I turned the unit off and tried to start it again. I got a gray screen and a message: Caution: Screen image may appear reversed. None of my controls work except for selecting/playing the programed radio stations and volume up and down. It is installed on a 2001 Audi S4 with the factory Bose system. I had performed the mods necessary as suggested by the Audi Forums. I think that it is wired correctly because it work
