I can't get my X910bt to recognize my iPhone 4 that I got from verizon. I have tried over and over to sync/connect and search for a new device and it does not find it. I put both devices on search and can't connect. Anyone else out there having this issue?

I have yet to get mine, I ordered it on the 16th of Sept?
