I have the exact same problem. No problem for first 4 months, then dead GPS and I'm in reboot hell. Comes online after between 15 and 60 reboots, depending on my luck. I'm not happy I can't find a phone number on their website to actually talk to someone to find out how to send the unit out for repair either. I found this number 1-800-421-1404 in a google search. I'm on hold now, hopefully they can help.
