Tryed that settings stay grey and I get improper conection to brake screen. I think the so call professional installation messed up on top of that when I try to insert a cd it won't grab it all I get is clicking noise. Do I have a defect or did they mess up on the install?? I'm take back up there in the morning when I get off. If it's a defect I don't think pioneer will do anything since I got it from audiosavings.com. They did say I got a 2year warrenty. I just need to know if they messed up on the install and then proable messed up my deck to make me think it's a defect.
