  1. When the x940BT update is released it should be portable to the x920BT and x930BT; therefore enabling AppRadio on those units as well.
  2. Would it be possible for a current x940 user to dump their firmware and install that on X920/930's now instead of waiting for new files from Pioneer?
  3. You mean the software update? We can install the 940 software on the 920?
  4. I recently installed my X920bt in my new truck - I am having the same issue. I have reset my calibration settings, typically after a few minutes it'll correct itself. I'll see how it does overtime as it learns.
  5. Switching from XM to another source and back typically restores the logos for me. Some only have the generic logo though... but most have the channel logos.
  6. The truck has auto headlights, when they come on all the HVAC controls illuminate. There is a rotary dimmer switch that I can dim the HVAC lights with if I so choose. I know exactly which wire sends the 12V signal to these lights... if I tap this wire I should be safe even if the dimmer is used?
  7. works great here also. 32GB iPhone4 w/ iOS 4.2.1 X920BT w/ 2.003
  8. Hi Folks, A few months ago I installed an X920BT in my 2008 Hummer H3 using the GMOS-01 adapter to retain OnStar and chimes. Everything about the install works great except for the day / night mode on the X920BT. I checked and double checked my connections according to the X920BT and GMOS-01 installation guides and they are correct; however, night mode still does not work. I have Googled around and searched on this forum and have read that the illumination wire / circuit on the GMOS devices do not work and that the solution is to hard wire in to the illumination wire of your vehicl
  9. so can I have it hooked up both via BT and USB at the same time?
  10. Hi Folks, As a former BlackBerry user I'm just wondering how I'm supposed to hookup my iPhone to the HU. I have the iPod cable and hooked it up using that, but when I got a phone call my HU told me there was a USB problem and that I had to restart the HU! Am I supposed to hook it up via bluetooth for calls and iPod cable for music or is something wrong?
  11. Any idea why they would remove such a feature? Seems useful to me.
  12. You need a cable similar to this - any generic brand will do (don't need to use a Pioneer adapter).
  13. Hi Folks, I'm not sure if this is the correct name for the feature or not, but does the X920BT have an "auto complete" feature? My friend has an F700BT and when you begin to enter an address on his screen it eliminates letters which are not possible entries. At a certain point (when no other options are possible) it will auto complete the street name. Is there some way to enable this in my X920BT? Thanks.
  14. I have the 9530 Storm and it transferred my contacts automatically. I didn't hit the transfer contacts button, but they all show up in my address book on the x920bt.
