This is my first post and day on thus site!!! Woohoo!! My radio quit the other day. I had it installed and the mute and light green wire were attched to the ground wire. I disconnected those two. The radio turns on but only goes to the splash screen. It will reboot and do the same o er and over. I tried to use the sd card to reset it to 2.0(which it always has been) but it will not recognize the card. I miss my radio!! Thank you in advance for any help
