Ok, Im ready to rip my hair out!! I got my Z1 replaced, had all the wiring double checked. and same problem. The Reverse camera is still showing same picture really dark with most details showing in purple tones, and the screen is split down the middle horizontaly. i plug the camera input into my Aux video and the picture is perfect. i plug a video input into the reverse input and i get same screwed up picture. Im losing my mind is it possible i got 2 messed up units?? or is there something else i should check?? thanks

Ya i tested the "reverse" input and it is bad. thats why i asked if there was a fix.. it doesnt matter what source i run through the reverse input i get the same dark/split picture. but i plug my camera into the aux input and picture is perfect.

i have my Z1 installed and im having a problem with the reverse camera input. ive searched and saw that a couple of you have had the same issue, were the screen is real dark and split horizontaly. dont want to have to exchange it. but figured i would ask first. thank you!

I Just got my Z1 and now im having the same problem with the reverse camera input. it doesnt matter what video source it is the reverse display is screwed up. is there any fix to this other than returning it?

I HAD a twin turbo 300zx. its an old user name and if i were to change it i wouldnt remember my names for the 35 forums im on. lol

Ok, Just got off the phone with pioneer.... the Z1 Doesnt have a hide-away unit i guess so my question was stupider than i thought. thanks anyways.

I currently have installed a Pioneer avh7500dvd and im installing my Z1 tomorrow, Are the ip bus cables that are run from the hide-away unit now the same for every application? Just curious thank you!
