some people complained about all the buttons being on the left hand side of the d3 for me it works perfect I rest my elbow on my center storage bin and my wrist rests on my gear shifter, I dont have to take my eyes of the road to hit the buttons I just move my arm forward a few inches and hit the buttons

d3 2006 chevy trailblazer with pics and review!!!! bought from crutchfiled using all discounts d3, xm traffic module, btb100, back up camera $1172 xm used coupon 77.00 plus traffic nav 42.00 This is my ist navigation and so I went to CC for install, They did d3 ,xm and btb for $350 I did not get the free camera for a few weeks after and Cc installed that for $75,,, CC was so so on the install, the ist guy left about a 3/16 gap on the bottom of my unit and said that is the only way it would fit, he did do the bypass for me even though i had to show him how, his boss said no but I slipped

I just had my d3 installed at cc ,the bottom face of the unit is not sitting flush wth the frame of my 2006 trailblazer it has about a 3/16 gap on the bottom, also looks like it is sitting back at a 2 degree negative angle or so,, the installer says that it's the cage and cant be fixed once it is in it can only sit one way,,,I would think ther must be some room for adjustment to get a better loooking fit, is he bullshitting me or is this true thanks

I am having my d3 installed this tuesday in my 2006 chevy trailblzer base model no bose speakers, I am also hooking up the p10xmt for traffic nav and the btb-100....... It already has a ONSTAR antenna with a built in xm antenna( some people call it the shark fin antenna) Can I use this antenna with my d3 and xm or do i have to use the antenna that came with the d3 and xm module?? thanks bernie
