Hello Avic forum! As mentioned in another post I have recently installed a 920 in my 99 Honda Civic. I have been having some problems getting my Pantech Matrix C740 phone to sync properly.... I am wondering what phones you all are using with your x920bt? Thnaks, Bob

I've gone through the phone - hardware and firmware are at version 1.0. Could this be the conflic with the X920BT? The phone came out in 2008... Thanks again for any help!

I have just finished installing the X920Bt into a 99' Civic EX. It fit very well, was a relatively easy install and looks great! The nav works great, the itouch connects and plays well, movies are good, am, fm are good. But, I'm having trouble with the Pantech Matrix. It connects to the 920, the phone then asks me if I wish to play a song. I say no and it disconnects from the 920... What did I miss in setting it up? I have gone in and tried to change the profile from "audio" device to "hands free" device... and it doesn't take the command... The phone is only 2 yrs old... Thanks for an
