I have a F900BT and i cant seem to get my navi to work...would your backup files work on my system? if so that would be a big help

is anyone else having a problem with the system not saving your favorites and history of your routes??? im having to find myself redoing the setting everytime i start up the car, and putting in my home addy again...i have a F900BT thanks
