is this version supported or do i need a different one?

I did the correct install and had it working for about a week. Now after 15 secs after it boots it resets itself in an endless reboot. I tried to reinstall the firmware and same issue still. Also tried Settings and no help Any other suggestions?

Is there a way I can redo 2.0008 update? Mine blue screened as soon as it finished and is nothing but problems.
