Hi, I purchased an Avic Z1 on ebay (maybe that was my mistake). Anyway I got a new wiring harness from Pioneer, and when I hooked it up to 12 V power to test, it powers up fine, shows last location of GPS and touchscreen works. HOWEVER, when I press "tilt" or any other button on the bottom I am not getting any response at all. Does that mean this is defective, or is there something I'm not doing??

I have a Avic N1 that I tested before installation. Worked fine when hooked up to 12 volt power and brain. Inserted N3 DVDR East disc, and it shut off like it was restarting. Now it just shuts on and off repeatedly, like someone is cutting off the power to it every 2 or 3 seconds. Any idea why? What to do!!??

i don't know but i would hope it's not 12-15,000.
