  2. I have an AVIC X710BT. When I first had it installed in November, all was good. I have updated now to the newest firmware. I have also updated my 160 GB iPod Classic to the newest firmware. The sound will be fine and then without warning it will go to just one speaker. It can be any speaker. Disconnecting the iPod cable at the USB connection port or the iPod port itself will remedy the issue for a few minutes until it happens again. It does not matter if the car is moving or staying still. I have wiped and reloaded songs onto the iPod and done a hard reset. I thought that maybe 135 GB
