It looks like Pioneer won't come through for me. So, I intend to take them to small claims court. I definitely remember Pioneer saying that I need to send in my AVIC-N1 and my hideaway unit. Is that right?

Do NOT send in your hideaway unit (aka BRAIN). Pioneer denied ever receiving it.. Even saying something stupid like the weight of the package that they received was the same as the one they sent out. Duh! Different packing material idiots. Also, they said that when they received the unit, there was no brain. So frustrating? Why would I lie about sending in the brain? Ah well, they opened a ticket for me. We'll see in the next week. That's when they said they'll get back to me...

So I got my head unit back, BUT they didn't ship the hideaway unit! What the *?@&!!!!! Stupid Pioneer. Does the hideaway unit come in a separate box? Am I the only one who sent in the hideaway unit?!

Yes. Thankfully. UPS insured! But did anyone else need an RMA when they sent in their avics?

Was there any paper work to fill out before sending the unit in? I basically called them up and was told to just mail the unit into Pioneer with a paper with my name and address on it. Seems ghetto without an RMA. It's been two weeks now. No AVIC!

Needs to be in DVD format. Not .MPG.
