Ok, so I have the 2010 disks but I have no idea how to set any background. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I've had my unit for a year now, but never had any discs and isn't hacked (as far as I know). Anyways on to my question. Sorry if its a repeat but I couldn't find any answers after searching. 1) My screen is just a lame blue. Lists 6 station when in radio, songs in disc mode, and just foreward and back in ipod. How do I get these screens? Pics below, Do I just need to get those updated discs?
