  1. I only have the Ford factory service manuals for a 2004 Mustang so this may not be relevant but maybe it didn't change for 2006. 2004 Radio Premium Radio - 16 pin connector - no VSS signal present Mach 460 or 1000 Radio - 24 Pin connector - The VSS signal is pin 14, (WH/OG) wire. Hope this helps.
  2. I put a NuShield DayVue Link on my Z120BT and it works pretty well. The screen doesn't wash out as badly in direct sunlight but it is more reflective. Guess you can't have it all. The film came about 1/8" too tall which made it a little difficult to install but once it on there, you can't see it.
  3. I just installed a Z120BT with the ASWC and you can program custom buttons yourself in the vehicle without using the usb port. My F-150 has volume up/down and memory/track-forward buttons. The unit set itself up perfectly for the stock buttons but I wanted the memory button (pages through sources) to be changed to track-down. I don't remember the exact sequence of button pushes but the instructions that came with the ASWC give you step by step instructions to change any button to whatever you want. Worked perfectly on the first try and I haven't messed with it since.
