iam thinking maybe my lens is just dirty?!?! how would i go abouts cleaning it?

hey,,, my z1 keeps on frezing in a middle of a CD or DVD it says "stop" then if you were to press play it would take about 30 sec then it would play againe for a few min then do it all over againe,,,, then it would say eject the CD,,,, this is on ALL cd's... new and used,, from the store or burnt,,, somone said something about a codec update???? is it true?? a little help please!

ye its pluged in to the input on the sirius unit it self... that iam sure of! iam gonna try to wire it up to constant! see what happens... the bus cable it self isnt directional is it? thanks guys i'll give it a try by the way.. by reset you mean press the little tiny button on the face plate right? and is that going to delete all my setings and songs i have saved on the HDD?

hey i just installed SIRPNR2C in to my avic Z1. under the INFORMATION menu it says its not connected.. no signal... nothing i got no sound... but what i do have is the sirius menu.. i can see all the channels.. everythign.... it all looks good to go. and i did activate it as well.. on the top right it sais songs with a corss over it ( mean anything) also it sometimes says NO COMPOSER i got the yello wire from the sat unit wired to ACC not constant,,, it shouldnt be a problem should it? iv never seen this problem and iam a autherized dealer here in vancouver! any ideas?? thanks
