dctangent

I've searched and found a few threads that discuss my problem, but I'm still not sure how to fix it. My SD slot worked fine until I installed the 2.006 and 2.008 updates. Now when I insert a card, the screen shows "Now Loading" but doesn't load. Please, I need easy to understand instructions as to what to do next. Thank you all in advance.
