Smith & Wesson doesn't make someone smart. Can someone with a little more braincells reply? I got my installation checked by two installers who are considered to be experts at doing this, but since they could not resolve it. This being a forum of experts from everywhere, I would appreciate to get some ideas that can logically point me to where the problem could be. Thank you.

Hello, I have a pioneer X920 bt installed on 2007 bmw 335i coupe. I have been facing this problem. When I tune my FM channels and change my equalizer settings, the configuration remains as long as the car is on and after about an hour I shut off the power. When I turn it on again, all the config is gone. I replaced my head unit, but I face the same problem. In the stock unit with BMW 335i I didn't face this problem. Any ideas? Is there something specific I should be looking for? Thank you for your help.
