  1. Thanks for the replies. The D3 does normally power off when I have the key out and open the door, however, when the battery was dying, it stayed on. I'll have to check my connections, but I don't believe I wired anything to constant. I connected each of the components power wires to the pink ignition wire.
  2. I have installed the Avic D3, with the Metra VT-GMOS-04 GM Class II Data bus Interface, the Pioneer GEX-P920XM XM Satellite Radio, PAC SWI-PS - Pioneer and Sony Steering Wheel Radio Control Interface, and the Pioneer CD-i200 Ipod Control Interface. 3. Oh man, that is wonderful. Thank you so much!
  4. Hey guys. I just got my D3 in yesterday along with the Pioneer XM tuner. I removed my factory XM tuner, planning on mounting the new one behind the glove box, so that I can use the factory XM antenna. But since it is a different size, I cant use the same mount. How can I mount this? If the antenna was long enough, I would put the tuner underneath the center console. Does anyone have any idea how I can do this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Ahh ok, that sounds good. Thanks for the replies!
  6. Thanks for the replies guys. I wonder if there is some kind of adapter that would allow me to use the CD changer. What would be the benefit of reusing the factory XM antenna other than not having to install another? Hrmm...it seems I have a lot to think about before I get the D3... Thanks again!!
  7. Hey guys. I am considering buying the D3 for my 2004 Yukon Denali. I already have XM in my vehicle. Can I use my XM adapter with the D3, or do I need to purchase another? Also, I have a factory installed CD changer. Will that work with the D3 as well? Thanks!
