This is exactly the same problem I am having. My history: Z110 updated to Z120 last summer. Was at Platform 2.0, App 2.002, Ver 2.0, BT 3.11. Updated using Pioneers's update and am now at App 2.003. Tried different sd cards, off different computers, and still in the loop as quoted above. Ideas? Thanks for the help -------- So I am a dumbass, had copied the files both into the root directory. Put them in the right ones and it worked like a champ.

I know this thread is a bit old, but I am having the same "message" issue, but I have found mine does is when the HU is cold. After I turn on the heater for a bit, and restart my truck it works just fine. Hope that helps.

no it did nothing, and neither did disconnecting the wires. What I did do was unplug the whole thing overnight and went out this morning, plugged it back in and now it works fine. Very bizaar. Hope it doesn't do it again as I finished installing it and what a pain to take it back out if needed. Thanks

I just finished installing my z110bt (no updates) and using the hack for park brake. All the wiring is correct as I had a Z3 that I replaced. At initial start, system worked normally. I turned off the truck, and when I turned it back on I get the backup camera screen and no touch control, only volume for last source (iphone). I have disconnected the park brake wire, camera, main power, everything and all combos of those. Nothing, it goes into the b/u screen almost instantly and that is it. Any Ideas? Thanks for the help
